Discovering Escient's True Identity
When Escient came to us with a plan to overhaul their brand identity, we were excited, to say the least.
As specialists in helping their clients realise their business goals and translate their visions into strategies, we knew Escient wasn’t going to hold back and had a clear picture of what they wanted to achieve.
After an initial strategy workshop, we discovered Escient’s core values and started brainstorming. The goal was to establish a central pillar for their brand, one that truly represents them as a diverse group of people.
We started with the logo.
Through some group workshops with the Escient team, we tried to ascertain what each person believed Escient’s core value to be. Trust, innovation, and shared success were all agreed on, but the key value that was overwhelmingly shared was ‘perspective’. Escient pride themselves on problem-solving with the ability to look at any issue from different perspectives, adapting to situations and creating a strategy to get over any hurdle.
ADDING THE HUMAN TOUCH TO A DIGITAL PRESENCE
Escient is all about people, their people are Escient. They know exactly what they are not – a canned consultancy company – and they didn’t want that kind of website. We held a photoshoot to shine a light on each unique member of the Escient team, so we could truly reflect who they are as a business.
